Technology Whisperers provides flat rate data recovery service for PC, Mac, and Linux formatted laptop, desktop, and external hard drives. Our flat rate data recovery service is just $200!

We also provide RAID Reconstruction and NAS recovery services, please call with specifics for a recovery estimate. We do not provide recovery services for physically damaged flash media.

How does it work?

1. First call us and tell us what happened and what type of files you want to recover. If your drive was dropped or physically damaged we may not be able to help you.
2. We will give you our honest opinion on whether we can recover the data.
3. If we think there's a chance we can recover the data we will come to you and run a quick diagnostic on the drive. If it looks like we can't recover the data, we will refer you to a dedicated data recovery lab. You will owe nothing. If there's a chance we can recover the data we will need to take the drive back to the shop to run further tests.
4. Back at the shop the drive will be tested and imaged if possible. Once an image of the drive has been made we will begin the recovery process and attempt to recover as many of your files as possible.
5. Within 1-2 days we will call you and let you know whether the recovery was a success. If it wasn't, you owe nothing. If it was, you will owe just $200 (excluding NAS & RAID multi-drive recoveries)! The $200 includes up to 5 DVD worth of recovered data. If the recovered files are larger than this, you can either provide us with another hard drive to move the recovered data onto or we can purchase one for you for an additional fee.
