Residential remote support and drop-off service for laptop and desktop repair is $80 per hour.
Drop-offs are by appointment only. We do not accept unscheduled drop-offs.
All services have a 1-hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Purchase and delivery of computer parts has a $10 fee and will require payment upon job completion.
If the original problem persists after a repair has been completed, call us within 5 days of the date of service, and we will attempt to address the issue free of charge.
