Residential remote support and drop off service for laptop and desktop repair is $80 per hour.
Drop offs are by appointment only. We do not accept unscheduled drop offs.
All services have a 1 hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.
Purchase and delivery of computer parts has a $10 fee and will require payment upon job completion.
If the original problem persists after a repair has been completed call us within 5 days of the date of service and we will attempt to address the issue free of charge.
Our Data Recovery Service has a low fixed rate of $200 dollars if successful, if we can't recover the data there is no charge. For more about our data recovery services check out Deals section.
